Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests made after this time may not be possible.

Approved cancellations will incur a $25 AUD administration fee.

Refunds & Delivery

We aim to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes provided on our Shipping & Delivery page.
However, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, and the loss is not attributable to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided at checkout.
  • If the shipment is officially declared lost or undeliverable by the shipping carrier, excluding cases where delivery failure is due to incorrect or outdated address information.

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The order could not be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided at checkout.
  • The recipient was unavailable or unknown at the delivery address.
  • The parcel was refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier.
  • Delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or global shipping disruptions.
  • Tracking confirms the item has been delivered to the address provided.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by third-party shipping carriers. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft occurring during transit or after delivery.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and will be at the customer’s expense, including return shipping costs.

Please do not return items without prior approval. Any unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.
